Returns and Cancellations

As each of our products is handcrafted, there may be minor variations and inherent flaws. These are not flaws in the product; rather, they are an inherent element of the manufacturing process. However, only if the following conditions are met will your purchase be eligible for return or replacement.

• If you received an inaccurate product, i.e. the item does not match the product description displayed on the website, or if the wrong product was supplied.
• If the product received by you has some manufacturing defect or quality issue.

We do not allow returns or exchanges due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, except in the instance of a manufacturing flaw or damage in transit, in which case we will replace the product. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the exclusive right to deliver resolution as we see suitable. Every request for a return or exchange is handled individually. If the recipient denies the product or we get an erroneous or incomplete mailing address, our shipping company makes three unsuccessful delivery efforts, we are unable to issue a refund.

Please indicate the cause for return and provide an image of the defective or different product than what was ordered to within 48 hours of delivery.

We will not evaluate any emails or images that are received beyond 48 hours.

If there is a genuine problem in the goods, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement or another product of the same value, or refund your order amount, within 7-10 working days of the product being picked up at the specified address.

If we are unable to fulfil your replacement product order, we will notify you and complete your refund. Within 7 to 10 business days, a credit for the amount paid will show in the original form of payment.

 Please decline the items if you discover that they have been tampered with and return the box to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).

Cancellation Policy
